Passion fruit juice

Ingredients

  • 250 g passion fruit pulp, thawed
  • 750 ml cold water
  • Sugar to taste
  • Ice

Method

  1. 01Mix the pulp with the water.
  2. 02Sweeten to taste: passion fruit is very tart and nearly always needs it.
  3. 03Serve well chilled.

Tip

Passion fruit is more intense than most fruit. If it tastes too strong, add water rather than more sugar.
