How to prepare it
The pulp arrives frozen and undiluted. Thaw it, shake it, then adjust to taste.

Thaw
Overnight in the fridge, or by submerging the sealed bag in cold water. Never hot water or the microwave on full power.

Shake
Natural pulp settles. Shake the bag well before opening it.

Dilute
Add water, milk or yogurt depending on the use. Sweeten only if you want to: the pulp has no added sugar.

Keep
Once thawed, use within 24 hours and keep it refrigerated. Do not refreeze.

No. It is 100% natural fruit pulp, nothing else. That is why it tastes sharper than a commercial nectar, and why you can sweeten it to your own taste.
How long does it last?
24 months frozen at −18 °C. Once thawed, use it within 24 hours and keep it refrigerated. Do not refreeze.
How much juice does one bag make?
A 500 g bag with 1 litre of water makes roughly 1.5 litres of natural juice.
How do I thaw it without ruining it?
Overnight in the fridge, or by submerging the sealed bag in cold water. Avoid hot water and full-power microwaving: both change the texture and the colour.
